Happy Capital invests the portfolio via SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) in mature companies with cash flow and potential to grow. A prospectus with a well-defined purpose based on our values coupled with an action plan provides a basis for investors. An SPV company "Happy Cap" is formed and after the investment we add resources and teams to carry out the growth journey. These projects can also include investments in startups where we see synergies with portfolio companies for the best return on capital.
Biz Studio invests its own resources in idea validation to achieve a match between customer and product, which reduces the risks for prospective portfolio companies. Investors' capital is first invested in the next phase via an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) in the startup studio's portfolio company in finding a proof of concept and finding a potential market. Investments are made in several projects to create synergies between the projects and teams via Biz Studio
Our financial instrument and investment model allow for individual investments in separate companies. The model contains transaction gaps where investors in our SPV companies can exit or increase the assets of the investment. These transaction gaps give new investors the opportunity to buy shares in individual companies or acquire the entire company portfolio. This is a more traditional way of investing in unlisted companies or portfolios. Our belief that the flexibility in how you can invest creates the recipe for success.
